	Is it for me? Penetration testers & Ethical Hackers, IT Security professionals, IT Engineers, Developers, Network Administrators and even CISO's will gain the maximum benefit from attending this course. However, if you're not coming from the IT Security field you can always have a quick chat with us. We will be happy to hear your background and provide you with an unbiased advice.
	What should I have to join the course? An internet connection speed of at least 128Kbit/s. 256Kbit/s or higher is recommended. A copy of Windows (XP, Vista or 7) is required to carry out the exercises in the System Security section. Our course is accessed using any web browser supporting Flash player 6 or above.
	What should I know to join the course? You are entitled to join the course even if this is your first penetration testing class. No restriction on buying other courses from us. To benefit from the most advanced topics covered in the course, you're expected to have basic notions of programming languages and how networks and websites work. Recommended but however not strictly necessary skills are: C/C++/ASM/PHP basic understanding. Networking basic understanding.
	How can I pay? You can safely purchase through Paypal, major credit cards, bank transfer, wire and e-check. Your payment is secured by Plimus. In no case we will receive your credit card number.
	Are there any hidden fees? The price advertised is what you will be charged. In some countries VAT or other taxes may be required and these are not included in the listed price. The tools covered in the course material are free and open source you do not need to buy anything else.
	What do you mean by methodology? We intend to provide you with an approach to pentesting that will truly benefit your final outcome. Our methodology responds to the needs for better handling penetration testing projects, information handling and action planning. Our methodology is not to be confused with OSSTMM and other similar frameworks that serve completely different purposes.
	How long do I have access to contents? We have waived any time limit to access the course. If you're busy at work and your learning takes months you will always be able to access the contents. You can safely enroll now at the current price and study later: you are given life-time access to course material!
	Can I request a refund if contents are too difficult for me? Unfortunately we do not offer refunds in such cases. Make sure you comply with the minimum requirements before enrolling.
	What happens when a course gets updated? If you are entitled to receive the update, you will find it online by logging in in our members area. You are entitled to receive an update free of charge if: You purchased version 1.x and the update is still in the 1.x release. (This means that you're not entitled to receive 2.0). Subscription FAQ's
	What's the difference between subscription and full plans? The only substantial difference between the two plans is that you can have your payment diluted through the subscription plan while nothing changes in terms of the contents you get.
	How much do I need to pay? What do I get when I pay? Subscription plan will bill you for a total amount of $649. You will be billed $249 immediately after enrolling in the course; $200 after 30 days; $200 after 60 days. Every payment entitles you to receive a new section of our course. Our course sections are three. After the three billing cycles you will have full life-time access to all our course material.
	Can I still get my eCPPT certificate? Of course. You will be able to begin the certification process when the subscription is complete and you have the full course (60 days after the enrollment date)
	Can I cancel my subscription? How long can I access the course material? You can cancel your subscription any time, without any questioning from us. However, if you decide not to complete your course, your account will be disabled and you will not be able to access the course sections received up to that point. Our subscription is meant to make it easier to pay for the course, not to get sections of our course separately. Once the subscription is completed, your access to the course material is unlimited.
